Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, sales periods and customs checks can add time.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside South Korea may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us through our contact form. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and send a replacement if it is lost. Orders with shipping protection are reshipped without waiting for the trace.
Changing your address
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us through our contact form within 12 hours of placing your order.
