Do the sets come with instructions?
Yes. Every set includes a printed step-by-step instruction booklet.
Do I need glue or tools?
No. The bricks click together.
What is the difference between "Gift box" and "No box"?
The bricks and instructions are the same. The gift box version comes in a printed box. The no box version is packed in bags and costs less.
Do the bricks fit other brick brands?
Most of our sets use standard small bricks that fit common brick brands. The wall art sets use micro bricks, which are smaller.
Who are the sets for?
Teens and adults aged 14 and up. The sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
What if a piece is missing?
Send us the set name and a photo or the part numbers through our contact form. We will send the missing pieces free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery in Korea takes 5 to 10 business days after that. Shipping in Korea is free on orders over ₩50,000. We also ship to most other countries for ₩25,000. See the Shipping page for all rates.
Which currency will I pay in?
All orders are charged in Korean won (KRW). If you shop from outside Korea, we show an estimated price in US dollars to help you. Your bank or card company converts the final amount at its own rate.
Are there any discounts?
Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order. When you buy more sets, you save automatically: 10% off 2 sets and 15% off 3 or more. These discounts cannot be combined with each other, but free shipping can be combined with any of them.
Can I return my order?
Unopened sets can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded. See the Returns page.
What is shipping protection?
An optional add-on you can choose in the cart. It covers parcels that are lost, or marked as delivered but missing, and we reship without waiting for a carrier investigation. See Shipping protection.
