Change of mind: 7 days
You can return an unopened set within 7 days of receiving it. The bricks must still be in their sealed bags. The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind.
Missing pieces
Send us the set name and the part numbers or a photo through our contact form. We will send the missing pieces free of charge.
Damaged, wrong or not as described
Contact us within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we pay all shipping costs.
What we cannot accept
- Sets that have been opened and partly or fully built, unless they are faulty
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse

- We reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
- Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Refunds
After we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.
